The Villa is located just five minutes walk from the beach and local amenities in the traditonal fishing village of Benajarafe which is often referred to as one of Spain’s best kept secrets. Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from the larger resorts such as Torre Del Mar, Nerja and Rincon Del Victoria, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace with stunning sea views, furnished with a table, chairs,sun loungers and BBQ, so you can dine al fresco and watch the sun go down.

With the villa having one double and one twin bedroom together and with double sofa bed in the lounge, and a separate self contained apartment with double bed and again double sofa bed to lounge, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The lounge is fitted with air conditioning / heating (and bedrooms) with free to view sky and stereo surround system with dvd player. The kitchen / dining is large with all the necessary appliances to make your stay comfortable and relaxing, leading off to the utility room containing washing machine, tumble dryer and hot and cold pure water drinks machine.There are 2 terraces leading from the lounge one with 4.6m above ground pool and large terrace with sun loungers, the other sun terrace with table and chairs,sun loungers and BBQ.
