Villa - House to rent in Rojales Costa Blanca Spain

This stunning 3 bedroom detached rental villa is in a fantastic location near to Murcia, Alicante and Torrevija. It has a large open plan lounge and dining room furnished to a very high standard with 3 twin bedrooms and 2 luxury bathrooms as well as sun deck from the master bedroom.
It is located near to the amenities of Villa Martin and La Finca, with restaurants and supermarkets within a few minutes walk and the amenities of the larger towns within a 10 minute drive we are ideally located to cater for any type of holiday.

Rojales Villa is located within a 15 minute radius of the courses of La Marquesa, Campoamor & La Finca & Villa Martin. In addition we are only about 30 minutes drive from the world class golf courses of La Manga Club.
There is also horse riding available.

The villa incorporates air conditioning, large flat screen TV with DVD and digital satallite including English channels and sky sports. No need to miss your favourite programmes just because your on holiday.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge, oven and hob.
The lounge and dining room furniture has been carefully chosen to offer maximum comfort. All in brown Spanish leather the seating is comfortable both summer and winter.

The beaches of Guardamar and around the Torrevieja area are generally a white soft sand (Costa Blanca). In the summer months the beaches can be busy with lots of North Europeans enjoying their summer holiday. During the winter the beaches are very quiet and the majority of visitors are more mature and they often stay for much longer periods. The promenades are long and flat, very well maintained and there are lots of good places to eat both summer and winter.

Torrevieja water park which is open from the first week of June until the end of the first week in September is a great day out for the whole family.

It is one of the largest parks of this type on the Costa Blanca with some fantastic rides.

There are lots of restaurant facilities within the park to suit every taste and pocket.

Horse riding is increasingly popular with visitors and especially in the Sand Dunes of Guardamar, only minutes from Villa Rojales. There are numerous good quality riding schools.

Campoamor is built on a former country estate in beautiful surroundings.
The course is an 18 hole par 72 (6200 mtrs.)
It is a good all round course with a general mix of par 3, 4 and 5s - a couple of the par 4s will be enjoyed by the budding big hitters, the green is just about possible in 1 good drive.
There are some well located hazards strategically placed including a few lakes.
Club and buggy hire is available from the pro shop and there is a very pleasant little restaurant.

"La Marquesa" is situated in the urbanization Ciudad Quesada, which is part of the district of Rojales and only a few minutes from our villa. The course is a 5840 mtr. par 72.
The 18-hole course is quite easy to play & comfortable without major difficulties with alternating long and short holes. La Marquesa course is uncomplicated and easy to play making it ideal for a leisurely round in the heat of the summer,
Equipment can be hired from the Pro Shop.

From our Rojales Villa there there are many activities on the doorstep as well as lots of interesting places to visit for a day trip. Glass bottom boat trips from close by Santa Pola to the island of Tabarca make a wonderful family day out.
The beaches of Tabarca are fist class snorkelling grounds and ashore the island has been designated as a bird sanctuary by the EEC. There are about 2000 residents living and working here.

The Mar Menor (little sea) is a unique piece of water on the 'Costa Calida' about 20 minutes drive from Villa Rojales. A strip of sand, approx. 22km's. long forms a 'barrier' and encloses the 'Mar Menor' separating it from the Mediterranean.

We have a management company on site whom are able to provide the hire of cars, golfing equipment, cots etc as well as airport transfers they also provide guided tours and daily excursions of local attractions.
