Well appointed spacious 3 bed 3 bath detached villa on the edge of a natural park and just 5 minutes drive from the glorious beach of Guardamar, near Torrevieja. Air conditioned/heated throughout, this villa, with gated communal pool, provides luxury accommodation for up to 6 people.
There is a large covered patio to the front of the villa with table and available seating for up to 6 making it ideal for dining al fresco. If you are driving, there is ample off road parking to the front of the villa as well as private parking.
The villa has a spacious lounge and dining area with a feature fireplace and lots of windows to give a light airy feel and has been furnished in a modern style.
The ground floor comprises: dining area with comfortable seating for 6 and a lounge area with a 2 and 3 seater sofa, satellite tv and music.
The separate fully fitted kitchen is modern in design and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay including large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster along with all the necessary crockery, cutlery and cookware. A washing machine is located on the upper terrace as well as drying and ironing facilities.
The en-suite master bedroom is also on the ground floor with a spacious built in wardrobe and chest of drawers and the bathroom consists of hand basin, toilet, bidet and full sized bath with shower. Also on the ground floor is the second bathroom with hand basin, toilet and large shower, ideal for a quick freshen up if relaxing on the ground floor covered patio.
On the first floor are 2 more bedrooms. One is a double with large built in wardrobe and chest of drawers and the other is a twin, again with large wardrobe and chest of drawers. The third bathroom comprises toilet, hand basin and shower stall.
Bed linen and towels are provided for all bedrooms but guests are asked to provide their own towels for use by the pool and at the beach.
Leading out from the first floor landing there is a large terrace with 2 Sun-Loungers, table and 4 chairs. Perfect for sunbathing in seclusion, breakfasting in the early morning warmth or simply sipping drinks watching the beautiful sunsets.
The villa is non-smoking inside but guests may smoke on the ground floor patio and on the first floor terrace. The villa is also fitted with an alarm system.
The villa is approx 30mins drive from either Alicante or Murcia (san javier) Airport.
There are many restaurants on site including Stan and Ollies which is popular with locals and the superb Ask 31 Indian Cuisine restaurant for those that like fine quality foods. Also a Tapas bar, Argentine Steakhouse, Irish Pub and various cafe bars.
El Raso is a brand new development set amongst orange and lemon groves in the midst of the Guardamar countryside just off what the locals call the Lemon Tree Road. The community is situated right next to Laguna de la Mata natural lake and being a natural park means that development in this area is very restricted.
Close to El Raso is La Palmera riding stables where for approximately 20euros you can ride through the open countryside for 1 hour or take a carriage ride through the local towns.
Bicycle hire can be arranged and there are plenty of opportunities for walks in the area or there are hill runs for the more energetic. Visit Reina Sofia Park which has a beautifully designed lake trails and waterfalls where children will love to watch the peacocks ducks birds etc plus there is a dedicated play area for children.
The nearest town is Ciudad Quesada only 5 minutes away. There are numerous bars restaurants shops including newsagents, supermarkets a tobacconist, hairdressers, banks with exchange facilities and a medical centre.
The local Sunday market on Campo de Guardamar is just a 3 minute drive away and is a great place to practise your haggling skills for that new leather handbag or designer sunglasses. The market sells everything from clothes and shoes for all the family to curtains and bedding to pickled olives and a wide selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. Cafes and snack bars abound so when your feet get tired the family can catch up over a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice or ice cold beer.
The main market in Guardamar is held every Wednesday morning from 8am to 1pm and has 450 stalls running through the streets of the town and in the summer there is a delightful evening craft market on the road that leads from the town hall down to the beach. The town centre and glorious blue flag beaches of Guardamar are just a 5 minute drive away. In town you will find all the amenities such as shops supermarkets banks with English speaking staff, restaurants, lovely parks and a small funfair Guardamar is popular with families and has a lovely relaxed atmosphere as you stroll around the little streets

If you are interested in making a booking with us or have a few questions then please do not hesitate to ask away! We do offer very competitive rates and we like to ensure the Villa is kept to a high standard with home to home comforts in mind. It is our aim to make all our guests feel welcome during they're stay here and as comfortable as possible. We are always on site to assist you with any issues should they arise.
We kindly ask that a non-refundable booking deposit of €150 Euros is required to secure and confirm your booking. A refundable damage deposit of €150 Euros is also required upon arrival and this will be returned to you upon full inspection of our villa. The Balance is accepted at the start of your holiday upon exchange of keys.
