As an alternative we can offer you our nice guestrooms in the “Villa Playa de Palma” for the same price (195 Euro/week/person in the summer). The main advantages are, that you can share the whole Villa with it’s conveniences for free, such as private pool, BBQ-grill, a kitchen outside and poolbar, 300 m2 terraces, kitchen, livingroom etc.

Description of the guestrooms and the villa:
Calm convenient villa with five guest rooms and selfcatering, situated in the middle of the residential areas "Sometimes” and “Las Maravillas" on height "Ballermann 10". In the sixth sealine, only four minutes to the 6 km long sand beach of the famous "Playa de Palma".
75 qm large living room with Penthouse-charakter (large window front on three sides), open fire-place and a place to dinner for six persons. In the complete and modern arranged kitchen are a further dining table for five persons, two large refrigerators, a freezer and a pantry. Two of the three double rooms (rooms # 1 and # 2) share the bathroom with a comfortable massage-shower, WC and washbasin. The room # 3 has its own bathroom “en suite” with massage-bathtub, shower, WC and bidet.
In the ground floor we have a small self-contained flat with separate entrance with own bathroom ensuite (bath tub, shower and wash basin) and one doubleroom more. You can use the entire area freely: the kitchen, the living room, the pantry, the external kitchen with large BBQ-grill including fridge, pool-bar, generous sun and shady terrace and the pool. Parking lots within the area are existing.
The room sizes: room # 1: 11 qm, room # 2: 11 qm, room # 3: 13 qm, room # 4: 24 qm, room # 5: 13 qm, kitchen and pantry: 18 qm, living room: 75 qm, pool: 20 qm, terraces: 300 qm.
All current operating costs such as electricity, gas, waste disposal, water, heating, pool care, air conditioning system cold/warm and central heating are included in the rent. High speed Internet with ADSL 3 MB/sec. with several in the area positioned WLAN/WIFI-routers are free of charge. You can use the telephone (landline) if desired against a safety-guarantee-payment of 100 Euro until the incoming next telephone bill (approx. two month later). The final cleaning costs 25 Euro for the bedroom, as bail are 150 Euro to be deposited.
