The house is on a quiet street and has an open aspect to the front.

It has a large open plan living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen off, containing cooker hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine & fridge freezer.

There is a south facing roof terrace with views to the sea, mountians and Alicante Bay, a balcony accessed from the master bedroom and ground floor patio area. Outdoor furniture is provided for your use when relaxing in the sun.

Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have built-in wardrobes, and the bathroom has a bath, with shower over, and a bidet. There is also a seperate shower room. All bed linen and towels are provided, (not beach towels). The house is comfortably furnished and has TV, DVD player, Sony Playstation, CD and radio. There is a selection of DVD's, CD's, books and games for your use.

Just 50 metres away is the communal swimming pool with sunbathing area and grassed gardens, the beautiful Carabassi Beach is only ten minutes walk away.

The house is set in an area known as Monte y Mar (Mountains and Sea). There are bars, restaurants and all the usual facilities within easy walking distance. There is a supermarket, weekly street market and other shops within a short walk, there are several large supermarkets a short drive or bus ride away.

The house is easily reached from Alicante Airport by car, a local taxi fare is about €20. Alternatively, depending on the time of arrival, we can arrange for you to be met and driven to the house, there is a €15 charge for this.

The traditional Spanish town of Santa Pola is a ten minute drive away and has a good range of shops, a large twice weekly street market, cinema, bars and restaurants. Santa Pola has beautiful clean beaches, a marina and is home to a small fishing fleet.

Gran Alacant offers the ideal setting for families or couples to enjoy a wonderful holiday on the Costa Blanca. The area is surrounded by pine trees & sand dunned beaches in a natural protected area providing spectacular views of the mountains and out over the Mediterranean Sea. If hiring a car there are numerous places of interest that include a safari park and a new marina, the traditional towns of Elche, Guadarlest and historic Alicante to name just a few are all close by. Bigger attractions and theme parks can be found close to Benidorn which is about an hours drive away.

There are several golf courses within 30 minutes drive.
