The three bedroom villa is situated in the Playa Flamenca Urbanization, a residential area with a communal pool, five miles south of Torrevieja, and within two miles of several beaches. There are supermarkets, bars and restaurants close by.
A range of excellent restaurants and bars are within strolling distance, along with a supermarket, banks etc. 5 excellent golf courses in the area the nearest is a 10 minute drive away. Playa Flamenca is situated 10 minutes south of the bustling centre of Torrevieja an all year round resort. Centrally situated between Murcia and Alicante Airports. Playa Flamenca is in an ideal location for those wishing to have a relaxing holiday without being to far away from the bright lights of a Spanish town.
Torrevieja is just 10mins drive or bus ride away and here you will find everything you would expect from a thriving Spanish resort, boat trips, Aqua Park, cinema, and bowling. The Salt Lakes - renowned for their healing properties. Nature Park great for bird watching especially the pink flamingos, and walking. TerraMitica Theme Park – Europe’s largest. Tabarca Island – scuba diving opportunities.
The nearest beach, Playa Flamenca, is about twenty minuites walk, but within two miles are beaches at La Zenia, Punta Prima and the much-photographed Cabo Roig beach and harbour.
Further a field, visit the unique inland sea of Mar Menor, which is separated from the Mediterranean by a narrow strip of land and sandbank thirteen miles long. The water is no more than 20feet deep and there are a large number of sandy beaches.
Inland is the historic town of Orihuela, with its narrow streets and squares and the city of Elche, renowned for its tens of thousands of palms and nearby sub-tropical gardens of Huerto del Cura, while Murcia’s cathedral ranks among the finest in Spain. |

Notes on rental rates - A 20% non-refundable deposit is required - minimum of £100 to secure booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. If your arrival date is within 8 weeks of booking then full payment is required. Cancellation policy - Up to 8 weeks of arrival date - no charge (except non-refundable deposit), 4 - 8 weeks 50% of total payment refunded, less than 2 weeks - no refund given. A £100 security bond Refundable) is also required in the unlikely event of any breakages etc. The owner reserves the right to charge clients for damages, breakages or loss to the property caused by the client.
It is advisable that the client obtains their own comprehensive insurance cover as the owner cannot be held responsible for injury, loss, damage, cancellations etc. In the event that the owner cancels then all monies will be refunded. All information offered by the owner forms part of the booking conditions. Distances and descriptions are offered in good faith and these terms and conditions apply to all bookings and the client is deemed to have accepted these conditions.
Linen and house towels are included. Beach towels not provided. On day of arrival you shall have access to the property no later than 4pm. We ask that on departure you vacate the property by 12pm. If there is no arrival/departure expected on your day of arrival/departure we can be flexible with the arrival/departure time. The final decision is left with the key holder.
