A wonderful large house with views over Ferradura beach. It has its own swimming pool, is air-conditioned with five en-suite bedrooms including 2 large master suites.

The property is on a plot of 1538m2 with a living area of nearly 1000m2. There are fantastic views over Ferradura beach and the property is in walking distance of the shops and restaurants.

The villa can accommodate 10 adults with its 5 double bedrooms, and in brief comprises:

The entrance hall leads down into the sitting room and beyond into the cinema room, with the dining room leading on through into the large gourmet kitchen.

The three downstairs bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers (they have twin beds which can be turned into double beds) and are accessed off to the left of the entrance hall (in the picture below), with staircases leading to each of the master bedrooms found either side of this hallway.

The cinema room will be equipped with a 50” TV, surround sound and DVD, with blackout curtains and doors to close it off.

Staffing

The Property has its own housekeeper who will cook meals for you and a gardener/pool man.

Property has its own swimming pool, a heated outside jacuzzi, a home theatre with surround sound, a games room with a pool table and a card table.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 3 twin all with en-suite facilities. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The villa has 6 bathrooms and 6 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table. eating & living. There is room for 12 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. T

The kitchen is equiped with a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board.

The villa is in a quiet area. It has a private a south facing garden and swimming pool, a large decking area, sea views and a barbeque area with a bread oven.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, restaurants, and shops.
