| Notes from the owner/agent | To confirm the booking, we require a deposit of 1/3 of the total rent.
The deposit is to be placed by direct bank transfer into a provided bank account:
For international money transfers, we have a Swift Code number.
Once the deposit has been made, you will need to email me to let me know you have proceeded with the booking.
I will then send you a receipt of confirmation plus the booking details, as soon as the money has arrived on the account.
The final payment of 2/3 of the total amount of rent is payable 2 weeks prior to your arrival, along with a $500.00 security bond.
We will return this bond onto the bank account of your choice within 1 week of your departure. (Please email me your bank details when you make this final payment) |
